Create movement – movement is life

Sport is not the main part of life. But the movement is fairly important, some would say ” movement is life “. When man avoids activity, the standard of living lowers. To me, the task of the online personal trainer is to greatly help their clients to create activity and movement but most of all bring the fun back to it also.

I change the content of my training a lot more sticking by ” movement is life, not just because of the continuous requests and challenges. While I used to try to teach very complex movement structures or to do very tricky exercises, I find myself returning to the basics a lot more.

This is not due to the fact that the level of performance of my customers has deteriorated, but is due to a shift of my own focus. Two major problems that I often stumble upon are a lack of rhythm and thus a lack of movement.

Only in movement is life

It is extremely valuable through a rhythm to carry regular movement into our daily lives. And the focus should be mainly on the term “constant”. As in every area of life, I cannot stress the importance of consistency. For instance, I did not get to be muscular overnight, or 12% body fat just by doing something once…..

It was a combined effort of consistency and movement. I would even go further to say it was also all the days that I felt like not working out that counted more towards it also, but with my consistency I managed to push through all those bad days I didn’t feel like working out and kept movement consistent enough to get to the goals I wanted, such as my body weight or my body fat levels.

That is why all fad diets and so-called “x-week tutorials” are doomed to failing. This is, however, I think of a problem of our present society, in which everything must go more quickly and easier (and ideally free). This does not apply to sports. Nothing at all has changed here.

If you would like to be successful, be it in weight-loss, strength training, learning a technique or relieving pain, you must bring a little time and patience. Anyone who stays continuous with a lot of consistency will also be rewarded.
